Ericka was very pleasant. She helped me with what I was looking for and didn't have to wait for my order.

My regular spot for now. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good selections too! Mostly happy and satisfied! BUT: I have an issue with preorders vs walk-ins. Several times I've preordered as a way to expedite my purchase of which there is a separate "preorder line". Most times I'm waiting on this line while walk-ins come and go. There has to be a better system, it's a deal breaker for me especially since the legal cannabis industry is booming, hence options increasing seemingly exponentially. Last experience: Preordered, got a text notifying my order was "ready for pickup" (love that feature). Got there and on both the preorder line and the walk-in line there were about 6 people deep respectively. I was standing on the "preorder line" waiting for 25 minutes (842pm-9:07pm, I timed it), while I watched the walk in line disappear and refill. To put things into perspective and better illustrate my scenario, I was called to be helped at the same time as a couple who walked in 5 minutes prior. Of course I'm not trying to take away from the people who've just walked-in experience. I'd be ecstatic because it was probably seamless due to the relatively short wait. My point is there sho

My visit to Zen Leaf is always smooth! I place orders for pickup through their mobile app. I love that I can accumulate points and see the discounts they offer. The staff is so friendly and they're knowledgeable on the products too. Don't worry about parking either, there's a lot with plenty of free spaces.

Manager dead looked in my face and recommended the dryest, dead flower bud ever existed on earth and called it the best. It was tasteless, harsh, dry and did do absolutely nothing. The name of it is “ Pink Mochi “ Again, it’s dry not sticky like he said it would be and smokes very harshly. This is for the new generation of smokers it’s not for the old school early 90s kids smokers like ourselves. I do not recommend this and do not smoke it it’s complete BS. I told this man to give me something nice and impressive for me and my friend as our first time coming in and give us a complete opposite experience coming all the way from Orange nj. Is an early 90s kid we don’t want hybrid and expensive weed without the expensive taste.

They have an incredible selection of products, they frequently have great sales, the lines are always short, and the staff is genuinely kind. They also have a loyalty program with a point system you can sign up for with rewards. They have some gem employees on their team that go above and beyond with their customer service and have impressive knowledge about the products. One experience that stood out to me was with a staff member (I’ll update this review once I catch her name next time!) who not only remembered my face but also the exact product I purchased during my last visit. She even asked for my thoughts on it and was ready with thoughtful recommendations based on my feedback.
